CERTIFICATES OF INSURANCE WITH MILLER FENCE
CO. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$28, 421. 00 FOR THE 2011 CEDAR RIVER YOUTH
SPORTS COMPLEX FENCING PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the contract of Miller Fence Co. of Waterloo, Iowa, in the
amount of $28, 421 . 00, for the 2011 Cedar River Youth Sports
Complex Fencing Project, in the City of Waterloo,oo Iowa,
signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 26thdayof September 2011, . be, and the same are
hereby approved.
