RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR
EXCEPTION TO BURNING YARD WASTE FROM WILLIAM
B. WALTERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Application for Exception to Burning Yard Waste from
William B. Walters to
burn approximately 50 pine trees in
December 2011 to January 2012, with recommendation of approval
of
Fire Chief, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of September 2011 .
