RESOLUTION NO. 2011-928
RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS, BID DOCUMENT, ETC. , IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE RENTAL OF THREE (3)
MOTOR GRADERS TO SUPPORT SNOW REMOVAL
OPERATIONS.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Public Works Director of said City to
prepare proposed specifications, bid document, etc. , in
conjunction with the rental of three (3) motor graders to support
snow removal operations, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Public Works Director did file said
specifications, bid document, etc. , in conjunction with the
rental of three (3) motor graders to support snow removal
operations
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed specifications, bid document,
etc. , in conjunction with the rental of three (3) motor graders to
support snow removal operations, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby preliminarily approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2011.
