RESOLUTION NO. 2011-921
RESOLUTION APPROVING A SIDEWALK REPAIR AND
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT FOR 712 KERN STREET.
WHEREAS, under this agreement, Randall Larson, 712 Kern
Street, wishes to have the required repairs to the public
sidewalk along his property included in the FY 2012 Sidewalk
Repair Assessment Program, Zone 1, Contract #811; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Larson, is waiving the required notices and
hearings so that the work at 712 Kern Street, may be included
with the work currently being done by the City' s contractor and
completed in a timely manner; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Larson agrees to pay the final assessment bill
for repairs at 712 Kern Street, once the work has been completed
and accepted by the City.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Sidewalk Repair and Assessment Agreement between Randall
Larson and the City of Waterloo, Iowa be hereby adopted and the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
agreements on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2011.
