RESOLUTION NO. 2011-909
RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF
UNDERSTANDING WITH IOWA NORTHLAND REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Understanding dated September 19, 2011, at
a cost of 1. 5 percent of grant award, with a maximum cost of
$2, 000 . 00 if grant is successful, for grant writing services for
a Statewide Enhancement Grant Application for U. S . Highway 63
Corridor Enhancements, Newell Street to Franklin Street, by and
between Iowa Northland Regional Council of Governments of
Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2011.
