RESOLUTION NO. 2011-900
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC
SIGNAL EQUIPMENT, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
PURCHASE OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL EQUIPMENT, FOR SIX
(6) HIGH TRAFFIC LOCATIONS, IN THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-899, specifications, bid
document, form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the
purchase of traffic signal equipment, for six (6) high traffic
locations, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, have been approved and
adopted by this Council, after the public hearing on September 19,
2011, as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered on motion by this Council that the said purchase
proceed in accordance with said specifications .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2011 .
