RESOLUTION NO. 2011-871
RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF HEARING AND BID OPENING
AS SEPTEMBER 19, 2011, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK
TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
shall meet at the City Hall Council Chambers in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa at 5 : 30 p.m. on the 19th day of September 2011 for
the purpose of holding a public hearing and bid opening for the
purchase of signal equipment, for traffic safety improvements, in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 2 . That the City Clerk is hereby directed to
publish notice of the time and place of said hearing in the
Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September 2011.
