RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF CONTRACT TO TRAFFIC CONTROL CORPORATION OF
ANKENY, IOWA IN THE AMOUNT OF $48, 160 . 00 FOR
THE PURCHASE OF GREEN, LED TRAFFIC SIGNAL
LIGHTS.
BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO,
IOWA, that the bid of Traffic Control Corporation, of Ankeny,
Iowa, in the amount of $48, 160 . 00, in conjunction with the
purchase of green, LED, traffic signal lights, described in the
plans and specifications, heretofore adopted by this Council for
said project, with Resolution No. 2011-804, after public hearing
on August 22, 2011, on published notice required by law, be and
is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2011 .
