RESOLUTION APPROVING BONDS, AND CERTIFICATIE
OF INSURANCE IN THE AMOUNT OF $1, 145, 000 . OIO
WITH PETERSON CONTRACTOR, INC. , OF REINBECK,
IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE F.Y. 201
ANAEROBIC LAGOON INFLUENT PUMP STATION,
CONTRACT NO. 807, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Bonds, and Certificate of Insurance with Peterson
Contractor, Inc. , of Reinbeck, Iowa, in the amount of
$1, 145, 000 . 00, in conjunction with the F.Y. 2012 Anaerobic Lagoon
Influent Pump Station, Contract No. 807, described in the plans
and specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project with Resolution No. 2011-542, after public hearing on
June 20, 2011 on published notice required by law, be and are
hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized to execute said documents .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2011 .
