RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT WITH TRANS-IOWA
EQUIPMENT INC. , OF ANKENY, IOWA, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TRUCK WITH
PLOW AND SPREADERBOX FOR WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $513, 920, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Contract of Trans-Iowa Equipment Inc. of Ankeny, Iowa,
for the purchase of truck with plow and spreaderbox, in the
amount of $513, 920 . 00, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, signed on
behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, by the Mayor and the City
Clerk as of the 6th day of September, 2011, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2011 .
