RESOLUTION NO. 2011-845
RESOLUTION ORDERING CONSTRUCTION, IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011 CEDAR RIVER YOUTH
SPORTS COMPLEX FENCING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2011-844, plans, specifications,
form of contract, etc. , in conjunction with the 2011 Cedar River
Youth Sports Complex Fencing Project, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, have been approved and adopted by this Council, after the
public hearing on September 6, 2011, as prescribed by statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it
is so ordered, on motion by this Council, that the said project
proceed in accordance with said plans and specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2011 .
