RESOLUTION NO. 2011-844
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE
OF COST, ETC. , IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2011
CEDAR RIVER YOUTH SPORTS COMPLEX FENCING
PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Leisure Services Direc-or, of said
City, to prepare proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the 2011
Cedar River Youth Sports Complex Fencing Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, and
WHEREAS, said Leisure Services Director did file said plans,
specifications, form of contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in
conjunction with the 2011 Cedar River Youth Sports Complex
Fencing Project, which were preliminarily approved by Resolution
No. 2011-795, on August 15, 2011, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
September 6, 2011 .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. , in conjunction with the 2011
Cedar River Youth Sports Complex Fencing Project, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of September, 2011 .
