SYCAMORE CONVENIENCE ORDER ACCEPTING
619 SYCAMORE STREET ACKNOWLEDGMENT/SETTLEMENT
WATERLOO, IOWA 50703 AGREEMENT—SECOND VIOLATION
On this 2nd day of March, 2015, in lieu of a public hearing on the matter, the Waterloo
City Council approves the attached Acknowledgment/Settlement Agreement between the above -
captioned permittee and the City of Waterloo.
Pursuant to the Agreement, IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that a thirty (30) day
cigarette permit suspension be executed against the above -captioned permittee to become
effective March 9, 2015. This violation dated Janaury 27, 2015 will count as a second violation
of Iowa Code Section 453A.2(1), pursuant to Iowa Code Section 453A.22(2)(b).
