REQUEST FOR AN EXTENSION TO THE CURRENT CONTRACT FOR THE CITY OF WATERLOO DROP SITE
RECYCLING PROGRAM
We would like to be granted a three-year extension period with a rate of $58.68 per ton, to the current
contract that we hold for the City Drop Site Recycling Program.

Addendum to
Contract for City of Waterloo Drop Site Recycling
Collection and Disposal Program
Dated April 10, 2012
Denver Construction and City of Waterloo, IA
The undersigned parties to the aforementioned agreement hereby agree to
extend said agreement for (3) three years commencing on 4/10/2014 and ending on
4/9/2017. All terms and conditions of the original agreement shall stand as initially
agreed with the exception of per/ton rate charged for services. Both parties hereby
agree that $58.68 per ton shall be the charged rate per services for the extension
period of (3) three years.
