Recommended City Council Action:
It is recommended that this project be accepted and that Council approve the "Statement of
Completion and Final Acceptance of Work" and authorize the Mayor to sign said document.
Summary Statement:
I report that PETERSON CONTRACTORS, INC., of Reinbeck, Iowa, has completed the F.Y.
2011 Ridgeway Avenue and La Porte Road Intersection Improvements, Contract No. 775 in
accordance with the plans and specifications. The total cost of the contract was $371,935.00.
