SUBJECT: Professional Agreement - Waterloo Public Library Restroom Renovation

Recommended City Council Action: Approve Professional Services Agreement with Structure
Architects of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount not to exceed $12,510.00 with reimbursables of
$500.00 for design work, contract documents, bidding assistance, submittal reviews and on-site
meetings with construction personnel related to the Waterloo Public Library Restroom
Renovation project.
