Recommended City Council Action: Resolution to approve authorization to apply for a DOT
traffic safety grant at the intersection of Osage Rd. and Dubuque Rd.
Summary Statement: Install traffic signals, Railroad Preemption, and a left tum pocket on east
leg of Osage Rd.
