Recommended City Council Action:
It is recommended that the Mayor be authorized to sign this Notice of Intents for NPDES
Coverage Under General Permit to the Department of Natural Resources.
Summary Statement
Attached are four "NOTICE OF INTENT FOR NPDES COVERAGE UNDER GENERAL
PERMIT" for storm water discharges associated with the above referenced project.
These documents have been reviewed by this office they are recommended for approval by the City
Council.
