(Lump Sum) (NS;P) B - Reason for change or extra work: 7007-7009, 8011 Because of delays to the construction progress as a result utility conflicts, work will not be complete on the pavement of Stage 2 (adjacent to Stage 1) and Stage 4 (adjacent to Stage 3A) and a temporary pavement will be constructed to bridge the 3 -foot gap between the pavements. The temporary pavement will be 3 -inches of HMA pavement on a 5 -inch modified subbase.
