RELEASE OF LOAN AGREEMENT
The undersigned, the present owner of the Loan Agreement, referenced in Resolution No.
2002-668, made with Waterloo Tent & Tarp Company, recorded in the records of the office of
the Recorder oldie County of Black Hawk, State of Iowa, on February 4, 2003, as Document
No. 2003-22378, and amended by an Amendment to Loan Agreement and Promissory Note
dated November 1, 2002, and filed February 4, 2003 as Document No. 2003-22379, does hereby
acknowledge the above Loan Agreement is discharged in full, and release any and all liens
arising from the same.
