Reason for Change Order:
The contract specifications identified two suppliers for concealed though -wall sheet metal flashing. The Contractor
proposed a substitution using a product called Blok-Flash that has been accepted. This same material has been used on
another recent project with excellent results. Based on the substitution request the contractor offered a cost saving for
use of Blok-Flash.
