The proposal includes 3 design evaluations to improve the humidity and temperature levels within the Arena area. The 3 systems being evaluated are as follows: System 1: Existing Arena RTUs replacement without any new dedicated dehumidification units. System 2: Existing Arena RTUs replacement with only providing one dedicated dehumidification unit. System 3: Existing Arena RTUs replacement with providing two dedicated dehumidification units. After a system option has been decided on, MODUS will provide contract documents, bidding assistance, submittal reviews and on-site meetings with construction personnel as required to clarify issues of design. Printing and reproduction of plans and specifications necessary for coordination and review during the design process are included. MODUS will also partner with a structural engineering firm to evaluate and design any structural modifications to accommodate the new dehumidification equipment and RTU replacement. MODUS will also partner with InVision to create the electronic floor plans. Additional services, as approved and requested, shall be provided at our hourly rates. MODUS Errors and Omissions Policy shall be deemed a part of this Agreement.
