QUIT CLAIM DEED
For the consideration of One and no/100 Dollar(s) and other valuable consideration,
Mixed Bag Properties, L.L.C. does hereby Quit Claim to City of Waterloo, Iowa all of his right, title,
interest, estate, claim and demand in the following described real estate in Black Hawk County, Iowa:
Lot No. 1 and an undivided interest 1/11 interest in Lot No. 12 in Field's Addition, in
Waterloo, Iowa.
Subject to easements, restrictions, covenants, ordinances and limited access provisions
of record.
Consideration less than $500.00. This is exempt from transfer tax and Declaration
of Value pursuant to Iowa Code Section 428A.2(6) (2013).
The Grantor is manager -managed; the sale and conveyance of the real estate is made
in the ordinary course of the business of the Grantor; and the person executing this
instrument on behalf of the Grantor is duly authorized to do so.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular
or plural number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
