Scope of Work Order:
Additional Bid Documents for Sanitary Sewer Services $2,5000
The additional services required for the additional Bid Documents outside of the original
scope of services include:
o Additional Specifications Manual creation for separate bidding of two sanitary
sewer services connecting to houses on the east side of US 63 and the main on
the west side of US 63
o Additional plan page creation including:
• Sanitary Sewer services connection and routing page
® Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan for the Sanitary Sewer services.
o Additional Coordination for help with Bid services including cost estimate, bid
advertisement, bid questions and review.
Schedule:
Ament Design intends the following schedule unless we are delayed by events beyond our
control. Ament design intends to prepare the Additional Bid Documents for the City of Waterloo to
meet the City Council meeting schedule for council approval on August 5th and Bid Opening on
August 19"'.
Fee:
Standard hourly rates and reimbursement of direct expenses — $2,500
