following extra work on your contract dated May 13, 2013
A. Description of change to be made or extra work to be done:
3001 Lower 8" sanitary sewer main; remove existing and replace with ductile iron including
incidentals involved
Reason for ordering change or extra work:
3001 Existing 8" sanitary sewer mains north of Park Lane at Saratoga Drive and Edgemont
Avenue are in conflict with the RCB and need to be lowered
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
3001 Lower existing 8" sanitary sewer main 2 Each @ $2,589.87 = $ 5,179.74
