The following are revisions to the Specifications: a) The Bid Form has been revised to include the addition of Bid Items 12, 13 and 14. Contractor will be responsible for providing, maintaining, and removing traffic control associated with temporary closure of Cedar Street as required by the City. All costs associated with the temporary closure shall be considered incidental to the bid item for "Mobilization." b) Sheet 2 - Add the following general note: "No Causeways or temporary fills may be placed within the Cedar River." c) Sheet 2 - Add the following general note: "All grass areas disturbed by project shall not be measured or paid separately but shall be considered incidental to the project." d) Sheet 3 - Add the following items to the table of Estimated Quantities: ITEM NO.
