5003 Saw cut for removal at W. 3rd and Washington St.
5004 Remove two existing inlets
Reason for ordering change or extra work:
5001-5004 the City is responsible for removal of the remaining paving, inlets and sidewalk
in this area
Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:

5002 Sidewalk Removal
5003 Saw Cut
