Parcel "O" according to Plat of Survey filed September 30, 2015 as Doc. No. 2016-6143, being a
part of East Half (1/2) of Section Two (2), Township Eighty-eight North (T88N), Range Thirteen
West (R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, in the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Subject to utilities, easements of record, zoning restrictions, and restrictive covenants, if any.
Grantor is an Iowa political subdivision. Exempt from real estate transfer tax and declaration of value.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
