RESOLUTION NO. 2017-470
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY
AGAINST CERTAIN PARCELS FOR UNPAID WEED MOWING,
SNOW REMOVAL AND PROPERTY CLEAN-UPS.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 364.12(3)(h) allows municipalities to certify for unpaid
weed mowing, snow removal and property clean-up fees to the benefited property as a lien.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA,that the City Clerk is hereby directed to certify to the Black Hawk County
Treasurer all weed mowing, snow removal and property clean-up fees as contained in the
schedule now on file in the City Clerk's Office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of June 2017.
