RESOLUTION NO. 2017-505
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CERTIFY AGAINST
CERTAIN PARCELS FOR UNPAID GARBAGE, SEWER, AND
STORM WATER FEES IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK
HAWK COUNTY,IOWA.
WHEREAS, Iowa Code Section 384.84(3) allows municipalities to certify unpaid
garbage, storm water, and sewer fees to the benefited property as a lien.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that
the City Clerk is hereby instructed to certify to the Black Hawk County Treasurer all unpaid
garbage, storm water, and sewer fees, as contained in the schedule now on file in the City Clerk's
office.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26t" day of June 2017.
