Now I still need a copy of the signed Offer between Hope M. Anderson and the City of Waterloo and the signed Offer
between the City of Waterloo and N & S Property, LLC.
In addition, shouldn't there also be Resolutions approving the sale from the City of Waterloo to N & S Property, LLC?
