REASONS) FOR AMENDMENT
The purpose of this amendment is to revise the scope of the project from renovating the entire six story building
to the renovation of only the 3rd floor with installation of infrastructure and utility systems to support the
building; amend the project budget by adding an administrative line item and to reflect the actual budget and
increase the grant rate of the project from 23.94% to 32.665%.
