the following extra work on your contract dated June 11, 2012.
A. Description of change to be made or extra work to be done:
Adjust original construction quantities to actual construction quantities.
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work:
As -built quantities varied for some bid items. Most of the increased cost is attributed to
additional retaining walls that needed to be constructed for property owners.
C. Settlement for cost of work to be made as follows:
Compensation already made to contractor through original bid items.
