We hereby propose to furnish all the materials, equipment and perform all labor for the completion of:
removal & disposal of garbage & debris piles inside the above referenced
property. Price below does not include the disposal of electronic devices
(AC, televisions,etc...)
Note: If done at the same time as clean up, asbestos inspection can be
completed for an additional $400.
WE PROPOSE to furnish material and labor, complete in accordance with the above specifications for the
sum of: One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($1,800.00*)
Terms: Net 30 Days! All accounts subject to 1.5% monthly charge
All work is guaranteed to be as specified. An work to be completed in a workmanlike manner
accordng to specified practices. Any alteration or deviation from the above specifications
involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge
above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes. accidents or delays beyond our
control. Owner to carry fire. tornado. and other necessary insurance. We cony generol Nobility
insurance and our workers are fully covered by workers compensation Insurance.

accepted within 30 days.
