1. The basis of bearing for this plat is the East line of parcel described in

2. Canadian Northern Railroad has a document showing the the West Fifteen
(15) feet of parcel being surveyed was sold to L. H. Schultz dated August
12, 1958. No record of this transaction was found in the Black Hawk County
Recorder's Office.
3. Town Lot Deed Book 49, page 454, in the Black Hawk County Recorder's
Office, contains the eighty (80) foot easement that The Waterloo & Cedar
Falls Rapid Transit Company conveyed to the City of Waterloo, Black Hawk
County, Iowa.
