The 20 foot wide alley as platted in Block 7 of Does Addition in the City of Waterloo, Iowa Tying
Northwesterly of a line drawn from the Easterly most corner of Lot 10 said Block to the Southerly
most corner of Lot 1 said Block, and Tying Southeasterly of a line drawn from the Northerly most
corner of Lot 6 said Block to the Westerly most corner of Lot 5 said Block, excluding the
Southeasterly 3.63 feet thereof; subject to city's retention of a permanent utility easement over,
under and upon all.
Deed in which Iowa political subdivision is grantor. Exempt from real estate transfer tax and declaration
of value.
Each of the undersigned hereby relinquishes all rights of dower, homestead, and distributive share in and to the
real estate.
