Addendum to
Contract for City of Waterloo Drop Site Recycling
Collection and Disposal Program
Dated February 23, 2009
Denver Construction and City of Waterloo, IA
The undersigned parties to the aforementioned agreement originally dated
February 23, 2012 hereby agree to extend said agreement for (2) two years
commencing on 4/10/2012 and ending on 4/9/2014. All terms and conditions of the
original agreement shall stand as initially agreed with the exception of the per/ton rate
charged for services. Both parties hereby agree that $55.89 per ton shall be the
charged rate per services for the extension period of (2) two years.
