8001: Seal Casting Rings to Top of Manhole 22 Each @ $200.00 = $ 4,400.00
8002: Rebuild Top 3 Feet of Manhole 18-6-9 Located in Ansborough Avenue Pavement 1 Each @ $1,950.00 = 1,950.00
8003: Add Water Plug to Seal Inside and Outside of Leaking Manholes 9 Each @ $425.00 = 3.825.00
TOTAL ADDED ITEMS $10,175.00

Reason for Change Order:
8001: Chimney seal would not work on old style cone sections.
8002: Existing brick and concrete adjusting rings and pavement box -out had to be removed and replaced to allow chimney seal installation.
8003: Required to seal active infiltration on manholes.
