Term of this agreement shall be from November 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013. All pricing will be at the agreed upon bid prices and guaranteed with the exception of raw material increases from manufacturers. Those prices will be reviewed annually from award date and a 30 day written notice will be given prior to any changes up or down in price. Exception is copy paper and toners- which will also be guaranteed. However, due to the volatility of those markets those product categories will need to be reviewed at any time there are manufacturer price fluctuations. Once again, 30 day written notice from the manufacturer will be provided to the City of Waterloo prior to any changes. 5. Each such request shall include the name of the product for which it submitted an alternate including any other information necessary for a complete evaluation. On the toner bid, Matt Parrott is bidding our house brand toner products where available for savings to the City. Our high quality compatible products are manufactured by West Point Products. They are branded West Point, or Elite Image. Our cartridges are designed to OEM specifications for yield, failure rate, and will produce the same number of pages under normal printing conditions. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- If for some reason a West Point Products cartridge is not performing to our strict specifications, immediate action will be taken to resolve the problem and prevent it from reoccurring. Some of the other standard office supply items we have included in our RFP response are our standard house brands as well. Those brands are Value Plus and Business Source. The City of Waterloo is currently using these as we are the supplier now. 7. Estimated average tumaround time- Matt Parrott will be delivering from our local Waterloo office daily Tuesday through Friday. If an emergency does arise we can make a Monday delivery. However, our Green initiative to reduce carbon compounds released into the environment, we have consolidated our deliveries into 4 days per week. Matt Parrott's focus isn't just on saving you money and improving your service on the products we provide, but also being a good community partner and improving our own sustainability in the environments we do business in. The driver will be a local Matt Parrott employee, and there is no minimum charge for free delivery. 8. Each department shall be billed separately. As the incumbent vendor we already provide this and there is no problem in continuing this process. pi Office Supply bid- catalog discount- 28,000 item catalog- average discounting exceeding the 53% range. Term of this agreement shall be from November 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013. All pricing will be at the agreed upon bid prices and guaranteed with the exception of raw material increases from manufacturers. Those prices will be reviewed annually from award date and a 30 day written notice will be given prior to any changes up or down in price. Exception is copy paper and toners- which will also be guaranteed. However, due to the volatility of those markets those product categories will need to be reviewed at any time there are manufacturer price fluctuations. Once again, 30 day written notice from the manufacturer will be provided to the City of Waterloo prior to any changes. 5. Each such request shall include the name of the product for which it submitted an altemate including any other information necessary for a complete evaluation. On the toner bid, Matt Parrott is bidding our house brand toner products where available for savings to the City. Our high quality compatible products are manufactured by West Point Products. They are branded West Point, or Elite Image. Our cartridges are designed to OEM specifications for yield, failure rate, and will produce the same number of pages under normal printing conditions. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee- If for some reason a West Point Products cartridge is not performing to our strict specifications, immediate action will be taken to resolve the problem and prevent it from reoccurring. Some of the other standard office supply items we have included in our RFP response are our standard house brands as well. Those brands are Value Plus and Business Source. The City of Waterloo is currently using these as we are the supplier now. 7. Estimated average turnaround time- Matt Parrott will be delivering from our local Waterloo office daily Tuesday through Friday. If an emergency does arise we can make a Monday delivery. However, our Green initiative to reduce carbon compounds released into the environment, we have consolidated our deliveries into 4 days per week. Matt Parrott's focus isn't just on saving you money and improving your service on the products we provide, but also being a good community partner and improving our own sustainability in the environments we do business in. The driver will be a local Matt Parrott employee, and there is no minimum charge for free delivery. 8. Each department shall be billed separately. As the incumbent vendor we already provide this and there is no problem in continuing this process.
