Cost associated with changing from 12" door bottom mils to 6.5" system. Per Don Gardner Construction document dated 8.31.11. DEDUCT: $535.00 4. Cost associated with change from specified door hardware to door hardware listed below: A. 1 - 1/2 pair per door leaf, Hagen BB -1191. B. 1 pair concealed panics per pair of doors, 1St choice 3600 Series. C. 1 pull handle per door leaf, Tubelite P-1564. D. 1 threshold per pair of doors, 4" x 1/2" Reese. E. 1 LCN-4041 closer with hold open per door leaf. F. 1 Reese 805 sweep strip per door leaf G. 1 drip cap per oridinal specification. H. Door Cylinder and master key per original specification. DEDUCT: $10,097.00 The original Contract Sum was $ 178,974.00 The net change by previously authorized Change Orders $ 0.00 The Contract Sum prior to this Change Order was $ 178,974.00 The Contract Sum will be increased by this Change Order in the amount of $ -19,705.00 The new Contract Sum including this Change Order will be $ 159,269.00 The Contract Time will be increased by Zero (0) days.
