For the Proposal Agreement dated 11/22/2010, between the Owner, City of Waterloo, and INVISION Architecture,
providing for professional services for the Window and Door Replacement Project — Waterloo Center for the Arts.
A. Description of Amendment Item: Increase the scope of work to include the design for additional door and
window openings, and glass shelters at the roof plaza door openings at the Youth Pavilion.
B. The construction budget is increased from $135,000 to $190,000, plus contingency. (Contract was awarded
for $178,974.00)
C. Other conditions: None.
