Panther Sports sponsorship at the University of Northern lowa athletic venues and/or events include:
UNI -Dome Slonaae
• Sponsor will receive logo recognition on two (2) video board instant replays during every home football game.
McLeod Center Sienese
• Sponsor will receive a pre -game rotation on the digital courtside signage during every men's and women's
basketball game. Package will include :30 seconds of dock time. Display space is 512 by 32 pixels,
• Sponsor will receive in -game rotations on the digital courtside signage during every men's and women's
basketball game. Package will include one (1) minute of clock time. Display space is 512 by 32 pixels.
• Sponsor will receive a post -game rotation on the digital courtside signage during every men's and women's
basketball game. Package will include :30 seconds of clock time. Display space is 512 by 32 pixels.
• Sponsor will receive rotations on the digital courtside signage during every volleyball match.
• Sponsor will receive logo recognition on three (3) video board instant replays during every home volleyball match.

Terms and Conditions
The terms of the agreement shall be from September 6, 2011 to June 30, 2012. Neither party shall have
rights defined in this agreement after contract expiration.

Late payments) are subject to interest charges of 2% per month (24% APR) or highest rate allowed by law.
This contract is a binding agreement between Panther Sports Properties and the Waterloo Regional Airport
No other outside entities shall have rights contained in this contract without prior approval from both parties.
As used here, sponsor includes any successor in interest thereto. This contract is non -cancelable assignable
only by Panther Sports Properties, LLC but not sponsor without Panther Sports Properties, LLC's consent and
is governed by the laws of the state of Missouri.
