A. Description of change to be made or extra work to be done:
Electrical energy efficient lighting to be done on 2nd floor of City Hall Per Alt#1 of original bid
specs and documents.
B. Reason for ordering change or extra work: To have all of City Hall using same Energy efficient
fixtures and light bulbs for future maintenance.
