HomeMy WebLinkAboutKelly Demolition LLC-8/1/2011Exhibit "A" BID TABULATION — PROPERTY 1 — Change Order No. 1 Having examined the specifications with related documents and the sites of the proposed work, and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the work of the proposed project, including availability of equipment and labor, the undersigned hereby proposes to perform additional work under this Change Order No. 1 at the prices stated. These prices shall cover all expenses incurred in performing the additional work required under the Contract Documents, of which amount will be in addition to the bid tabulation of the existing contract. This change order is a change in the scope of work, and will require execution of an amendment to the contract as provided in the contract documents. Contractor agrees to complete the project as described in accordance with the specifications and other information included in the contract documents for the following prices: PRICING SHALL INCLUDE ALL APPLICABLE TIPPING FEES OR DISPOSAL FEES.
