Subject: Planning and Engineering Services Agreement
Amendment No. 1

Dear Larry:
As you know, AECOM and the City of Waterloo entered into an Agreement for Planning and
Engineering Services in August 2010. The project was to start the first week of September and
extend through June 30, 2011.
We hereby indicate our willingness to extend the agreement for six (6) additional months so the
completion date will be December 31, 2011.
If this is acceptable to you and the Council, please sign and return one (1) copy of this Amendment
to our office. If you have any questions or need anything further in this matter, please let us know.
