Attached is a tabulation of bids for this project. We found no errors in the bids received. We have attached a copy of the bid received from the low bidder. The total amount of the low bid received from Michael Painting & Decorating Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa is 86.2 percent of the Engineer's Estimate.
