RESOLUTION NO. 2017-410
RESOLUTION RE-SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
JUNE 8, 2017, AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 12,
2017 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WATERLOO REGIONAL
AIRPORT HANGAR NO. 5 REHABILITATION, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 12th day of June, 2017, to
approve plans, specifications, bid document, etc. and re-setting date of bid opening as June 8,
2017, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport Hangar No. 5 Rehabilitation.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2017.
