RESOLUTION NO. 2017-412
RESOLUTION RE-SETTING DATE OF BID OPENING AS
JUNE 8, 2017,AND DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AS JUNE 12,
2017 FOR THE GENERAL AVIATION TERMINAL BUILDING
HVAC REPLACEMENTS VIA THE IDOT COMMERCIAL
SERVICE VERTICAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT, AND
INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH SAID NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 12th day of June, 2017, to
approve plans, specifications, bid document, etc. and re-setting date of bid opening as June 8,
2017, in conjunction with the General Aviation Terminal Building HVAC Replacements, via
the IDOT Commercial Service Vertical Infrastructure Project.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
