RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY 2017 SIDEWALK REPAIR
PROGRAM AND TRAIL REPAIRS - ZONE 7, CONTRACT NO.
914.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Sidewalk Repair Program and Trail Repairs - Zone 7, Contract
No. 914, and
WHEREAS, said Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the FY 2017 Sidewalk Repair Program and Trail Repairs - Zone 7, Contract
No. 914, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing,upon notice, was held on June 5, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the FY 2017 Sidewalk Repair Program and Trail Repairs - Zone 7, Contract No. 914, are hereby
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5h day of June 2017.
