RESOLUTION NO. 2017-420
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., IN
CONJUNCTION WITH THE 2017 SALVAGED ASPHALT
CRUSHING PROJECT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
City Engineer of said city to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the 2017 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing Project, and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did file said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc.,
in conjunction with the 2017 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing Project, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on June 5, 2017.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with
the 2017 Salvaged Asphalt Crushing Project, are hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of June 2017.
